PRODUCT INFORMATION
Poseindia.in make all attempts to detail the accuracy of product information, pricing, and availability of products to be as accurate as possible. But it does not warrant an error-free content like the product images may not exactly represent the actual product. If you find the product offered by poseindia.in is not as described, you may return it in same condition.
Shipping and delivery
The orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping addresses. The order is processed within 2 days and then the shipping may take 4-6 working days.
Poseindia do not take backorders. We aim to keep our stock updated. In case an ordered item is found to be out of stock, a full refund of money is initiated and the customer is informed about the same.
Poseindia does not process several items and ship to different people. We process only one shipping address per order. We take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case of wrong or incomplete addresses.
The courier company associate will make delivery attempt 3 times for the package at the address given by customer before it’s marked as not deliverable. You can track the package through order number. If you face any challenges or in case of enquiry you can write to us at sarlaexport2018@gmail.com.
Exchange and return
Poseindia will accept only returns of the product for free of cost. Returns can be made within 5 working days of receiving the order. There will be no exchanges, the customer will need to process a new order. Once we receive the returned goods in original condition, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the account details provided by the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Sizing
Please review the size chart carefully to select the size that best suits to you. Some garments are designed to have a loose, semi-fit, slim fit or relaxed fit. The fit of each clothing item depends on the cut, style, and fabric of garment. Our brand uses their own charts of measurement developed through R&D for best fit.
Product properties & washcare
All the product of Poseindia are made up of 100% cotton fabrics. We use premium quality mill-made fabrics & other material for comfort and durability. We have make efforts to showcase the exact colours of garments as possible on the website but it may vary depending on the type and quality of your system.
We provide garments with zero shrinkage and no colour bleeding. The fabric is pre-washed and treated to prevent any colour loss or shrinkage. However, we advise you to wash like colours together and dry inside out.
Limitations of liability
Poseindia reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or changes or update information at any time without prior notice. Though the information and content on the website are accurate but errors may occur. We hold the right to process or reject any order that seems inaccurate or does not align with our policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poseindia assumes no liability or responsibility for (i) any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content displayed on the website; (ii) any personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our website or any product; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website; and/or (v) any bugs, viruses or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party.
